We are a privately owned family bakery established in 1959 specialising in innovation and manufacture of premium ranges of Muffins and Scones. Generations of experience have helped Milish Bakery grow from its origins as part of Dublin’s high street bakery history as KC Confectionery to our current position, being recognised as one of the leaders in contract bakery manufacturing.

At Milish Bakery we do everything we can to ensure that all of the muffins and scones we make are the best product they can possibly be. Our products are batch baked with hands on care shown by our skilled bakers. We use traditional techniques enhanced with modern baking methods to ensure the superior quality of our delicious sweet treats.

Our unique batch baking allows us to offer flexibility to develop innovative bespoke recipes, flavours and packaging options. Offering insight driven innovation we provide our customers with tailor-made solutions. From product shape and size, toppings and inclusions,  alternative packaging solutions including individual or multipack flow wrap or blister packs,  branding of boxes, paper case colours through to case size and pallet type – We work with our customers to deliver what they need. All products are hand packed and inspected and are free from artificial colours and flavours.

The flavour profiles of our products are carefully selected to ensure subtle yet tasty natural flavours. Fruit for our Muffins and Scones are sourced direct from farms. From Nova Scotia to Italy, Ismir to County Down there is nowhere we won’t go to source the finest of ingredients. Once we have carefully baked and packed our products they are immediately frozen so that customers get the freshest muffin and scone experience with every bite!
